After months of development, testing, and iteration, we are thrilled to announce that OnPaper is now available. Our mission is simple: eliminate the tedious, error-prone manual keying that finance teams deal with every single day.
What we built
OnPaper is a document automation platform designed specifically for SMEs. We take your invoices, purchase orders, quotes, and expense reports and turn them into structured, ERP-ready data — automatically.

- Multi-engine OCR fusion — We don’t rely on a single OCR provider. OnPaper fuses results from multiple extraction engines to achieve 99%+ line-item accuracy.

Why we started OnPaper
Every finance team we talked to told us the same story: they spend hours every week copying numbers from PDFs into their ERP. The tools that exist are either too expensive, too complex, or too inaccurate for mid-market businesses.
Also, every procurment team we talked to told us the same story: to take decision in our RFQs we need to speed up our data entry. Receiving hundreds of quote per month gets impossible.
We built OnPaper to fix that. One platform, no complexity, real accuracy.
What comes next
This is just the beginning. Over the coming months we will be rolling out new ERP integrations, expanding our document type support, and continuously improving our extraction accuracy through AI-driven learning.
