OnPaper now supports direct integrations with Odoo and Syspro ERPs, giving more mid-market teams access to automated document processing.
Two new ERPs, zero manual rekeying
We are excited to announce that OnPaper now integrates directly with Odoo and Syspro. If your finance team runs on either of these ERPs, you can now automate your entire document workflow — from PDF to posted entry — without switching platforms.
Why Odoo and Syspro
These two ERPs serve a huge portion of the mid-market. Odoo powers businesses that want a modular, open-source approach to operations. Syspro is a go-to for manufacturers and distributors who need deep inventory and supply chain integration.
Both communities told us the same thing: existing automation tools either ignore them entirely or require expensive middleware to connect. We decided to build native integrations that work out of the box.
What the integrations do
- Automatic field mapping — OnPaper maps extracted invoice and PO fields directly to your Odoo or Syspro schema. No manual configuration spreadsheets.
- Bi-directional validation — Before posting, OnPaper checks extracted data against your ERP’s vendor list, chart of accounts, and tax codes. Mismatches get flagged for review, not silently pushed through.
- One-click sync — Once validated, documents sync to your ERP with a single action. Batch processing is supported for high-volume days.
Getting started
If you are already an OnPaper customer, the new integrations are available now in your dashboard under Settings > Integrations. Select Odoo or Syspro, enter your API credentials, and you are connected.
New to OnPaper? Book a meeting and we will walk you through the full setup. Most teams are processing their first documents within a day.
What is next on the integration roadmap
Odoo and Syspro join our existing support for SAP, QuickBooks, Oracle NetSuite, Acumatica, Epicor, Infor, and Dynamics 365. We are not stopping here — more integrations are in active development. If your ERP is not on the list yet, let us know.
